The first seeding ships within 7 days of contract signing. We ship from our warehouse in Płońsk — the courier delivers within 1–2 business days. You provide your address at onboarding and can update it anytime in the panel.

We pay the monthly base on the 5th of the following month. Affiliate commissions go out once a month, by the 15th, based on the invoice you issue via KSeF. Every ambassador receives a weekly sales report, so the commission is never a surprise.

Yes. On every campaign you have the right to say "not for me" with no financial consequences. The monthly base keeps running. The only condition: reply within 5 days of receiving the brief so we can shift the campaign to another creator.

8–12% of net sales generated through your discount code (15% for the community). The rate scales with volume — at > PLN 10,000 in monthly sales, you jump to 12%. The full calculation is visible in your panel and updated every 24 hours.

By default, your content stays 100% yours. If we want to use it in paid campaigns (whitelisting / spark ads), we ask separately and pay a separate licensing fee — typically 30–50% of the monthly base for 90 days of running. Without your consent, without asking, we never use it.

Within the same product category (e.g. competing collectibles brands), we ask for a 2-week gap between campaigns. Brands outside the category — no restrictions. We don't block your calendar and we don't demand exclusivity.

A maximum of 2 rounds of revisions on the brand's side — that's the IAB rule and we stick to it. If there's still no agreement after 2 rounds, the campaign is paused, you receive 50% of the monthly base for your time, and we free up the slot for the next month.

3 months minimum, then it rolls into a monthly cycle with a 30-day notice period. You can leave at any time — no penalties, no returning the seeding.

Engagement rate — the average percentage of followers who interact with your posts (like, comment, share, save) relative to your follower count. 4% is the threshold that filters out bought reach and shows your community actually watches you. We calculate it as a 30-day rolling average.
